My education and experience of over 17 years in the medical field provides me with a strong background in analyzing and understanding medical conditions and diseases, coding guidelines, billing aspects, and insurance criteria for coverage and payment, with a high level of specialization in medical review audits, claims and appeals based on guidelines and medical necessity.

I have been a certified professional coder for about 2 and a half years, I passed the AAPC CPC exam on my first attempt. I currently perform all medical coding and billing functions for a primary care doctor's office. I have been employed in the healthcare industry for about 5 years total. I am down to earth and find joy in training and helping others!
