The exam allows three-and-a-half hours to complete it, and your total score is valid for five years. There are four parts of the exam, and you can score anywhere from 200 to 800. The quantitative reasoning portion consists of 37 questions and allows you 75 minutes to complete it. Lastly, the verbal reasoning section has 41 questions to be answered in 75 minutes. My tenth tutoring session with the student went well. The student is doing better with timing and is answering most of the questions correctly in the Problem Solving and Data Sufficiency sections. She understood how to find the correct answers. Then we worked on more questions in the involving exponents, roots, fractions, and percentages. For our next tutoring session, the student will continue working on her timing and complete questions from the Problem Solving and Data Sufficiency sections of the assessment.

We discussed the student's results from a diagnostic test. Reading comprehension was the area where he had the most difficulty. We went over some data sufficiency and reading comprehension questions that he got wrong and then did a few passages' worth of reading comprehension questions.
