I've always loved learning math and science, a fact which I attribute almost entirely to a series of excellent teachers. I want to spread my love of learning by helping students learn through their own exploration and thought, and teach test-taking strategies to improve their mindset while taking standardized tests.

I have been teaching for the past three years and tutoring for the past five. I have experience working with ages K-20. I tailor my instruction to the individual student and what he/she needs.

I have over 10 years of experience facilitating and leading both technical and non-technical projects in aerospace, IT and education. My technical acumen as an aerospace engineer affords me the skill and vocabulary to challenge technical assumptions built into organizational processes. I also hold two masters degrees, one in Organizational Leadership and an MBA in Change Management. PMP and SAFe/Agile certified, I keep up to date on the latest industry best practices.
