In our last session, the student and I went over last minute questions that she had. She was mostly having issues solving geometry problems, so we reviewed relevant rules and theorems and then practiced applying them to the questions at hand. We then briefly went over some grammar rules for the English section before wrapping up.

The student's presentation over Chapter 6 was delayed until Tuesday, so we went over the oral part of his presentation, which must be given in Spanish and by memory. His slides and matching narration looked very good. Then, we started the last chapter his class will cover for the semester, Ch. 7 dealing with food, restaurant ordering, etc. I think he will do well on the project, which as a test grade, should raise his average as we near the end of this last semester.

The student has been reviewing his practice exam and working in the prep book since last we met. We used the former to explore Logical Reasoning today, working from questions he'd missed to define the major categories of questions and how to distinguish them from each other. He's going to take a practice test tomorrow before we meet again on Wednesday.
