I'm a rising junior at Harvard College. I study African American Studies with a secondary in Women's Studies and I am pursuing a language citation in Spanish. I aspire to one day go to business school. When I am not doing work, I can typically be found reading, writing, or dancing.

My bachelor's degree in math comes from Fairmont State University. I have over four years of experience in NYC public schools, and I'm embarrassed by the lack of effort put forth to instill the importance of a Mathematical mind. I feel like my love and enthusiasm for Math makes me an excellent tutor.

I believe that learning is fun, and I enjoy learning new things. I want to find out what my students enjoy, and make school subjects and test preparation fun for them, too.... Making learning fun for students is the most important thing I do.... I would definitely see what their strengths and weaknesses are to focus on in future sessions, and give some tips and strategies to start working on to improve test-taking skills right away.
