I am now growing my career as a scientist at Thermo Fisher Scientific in Richmond, VA. I have tutored math and science for over a decade now and I love it! I am a sophomore at the University of Pittsburgh studying Molecular Biology on a pre med track. I am the president and co-founder of a service organization at Pitt called Hard Hitters. I am also a member and the Ritual Chairman for Sigma Sigma Sigma sorority. In my free time, I volunteer for Crisis Textline and for UPMC hospital, and work in a lab at Hillman Cancer Center studying gender related cancers. I wanted to be a tutor because I am passionate about school and love teaching others.

I am willing to tutor all subjects, but my favorite subjects to tutor are ESL, essay writing, and reading and writing test prep. I love ESL because as language learner I love the progress of watching a student master a language and stay curious about a culture. I am passionate about writing and love the process of crafting an essay. Finally, I am strong in the skills of reading and writing test prep and enjoy sharing those skills with others.
