I have 13 years of tutoring experience. My tutoring experience has been with elementary and middle school students. I have tutored students in Reading, Language Arts, and Math. Tutoring students has been a very rewarding job for me. My tutoring experience has enabled me to focus on the academic goals of the students.

As a tutor, I believe active learning is the key to understanding. I have a Bachelor's degree in English, with a year's experience of tutoring elementary age students in English and Reading using the Leveled Literacy Intervention (LLI) curriculum, including one student with an IEP with whom I worked extensively.
