About Me

I am a graduate of St. John's College in Annapolis. I received a Bachelor of Arts with a double major in Philosophy and the History of Math and Science, as well as a double minor in the Classics and Comparative Literature. Since graduation, I have been volunteering in local elections and at the Library of Congress, as well as working as a tutor to pursue my passion for teaching and education. I am most passionate about tutoring English Literature, World History and Philosophy, with a personal emphasis on reinforcing good study habits and learning techniques to improve both short- and long-term academic performance. I specialize in students on IEPs and who struggle with Executive Function challenges, emphasizing the importance of both short- and long-term development over the course of a year through the building of healthy learning and study habits.
