I am a recent graduate of Wesleyan University with two Bachelor of Arts degrees: one in English, with a focus in creative writing, and one in Neuroscience and Behavior. During my time at Wesleyan, I joined the leadership board for the writing-intensive club Writing Circle, acted as a copy editor on the main campus newspaper The Argus, and became an editor on a separate literary magazine, among other activities. I also participated in a research lab that uses eye-tracking equipment to help improve literary efficiency in adults. During my time in the lab, I presented at international conferences and earned the title of co-author on a scientific manuscript. I have tutored many of my fellow classmates from high school to college, never earning below an A myself in these classes. While I've studied and tutored many subjects, I am especially passionate about cultivating a love for reading and writing in students of all ages.
