I am currently a Sophomore in college studying Theatre and Acting. I am passionate about Math, Reading, and Writing as I excel in these subjects in my time as a student.

I was introduced to tutoring through a love of helping my friends succeed, and finding wonderful friends that helped me succeed. The feeling of understanding something is amazing, and the feeling of helping someone understand something is rewarding. Above all, I encourage critical thinking in everything I teach. Memorizing formulas and facts is good for short-term learning, but to truly understand a concept it is necessary to stimulate our minds to see patterns and connections.
