Hi! My name is Courtney. I have been an educator since 1997. I was a teacher for 10 years and for the last 9 years I have been an elementary school administrator. I enjoy spending time at the river, reading, playing basketball, the beach and spending time with my family.

I was a postdoctoral fellow in astrophysics at the School of Earth and Space Exploration at Arizona State University. I ran and analyzed large scale galaxy formation simulations. I earned my Ph.D. studying star formation in self-gravitating turbulent fluids.
