I believe that every student can learn if the right approach is used. Finding the right buttons for the student to push is the real job of the tutor.... My philosophy is rather simple, but effective. I believe that students should not be spoon-fed information, but rather that they should be helped in discovering the knowledge on their own. Not only is this more interesting and exciting for them, it leads to a sense of 'ownership' of the lessons learned.
