The feeling of understanding something is amazing, and the feeling of helping someone understand something is rewarding. Above all, I encourage critical thinking in everything I teach. Memorizing formulas and facts is good for short-term learning, but to truly understand a concept it is necessary to stimulate our minds to see patterns and connections.
