I consider myself to be an active supporter of learning who believes that anyone can excel with the right guidance. As a research biologist, I aim to expand my knowledge for the sake of becoming a better teacher. As a tutor, I aim to ensure that may students have someone to guide them through their own challenges academically.

My name is Jessica. I was a high school AP biology, chemistry, and biology teacher for 13 years. I have tutored with Varsity Tutors for 2 years now, and love helping students to succeed. I absolutely love teaching, but have stepped away from being in the classroom full-time to focus more on my family (I have 2 children who keep me VERY busy) and running 2 of my own businesses.
