Having spent 4 years studying Spanish and Arabic at the University of Oxford, and 7 years at Westminster School before that, I have come to be very aware of the fact that sometimes learning can be hard, and boring, and a little extra care goes a long way in helping with both of those issues.

For that reason, while exam technique and fundamental understanding of content are crucial to my philosophy, I also strongly believe in making both of these applicable to the individual. In other words, if you don't care about the subject matter, of course it is harder to learn and memorise it - and so step 1 is finding a reason to care, whatever that may be!

I specialise in English and Maths (and Spanish) at the Eleven Plus to GCSE range, but more than that I am here to make learning feel like less of a burden for all involved. I can help with any Eleven Plus issues, a wide array of GCSEs (Having achieved 9s/A*s in 10 GCSEs), as well as Spanish at any level.
