Help them to become familiar with good internet sources for news and information. Provide inspiring stories of how others have changed and improved their lives through education. Work with parents to provide incentives for spending time in researching and reading, analyzing the articles and arguments others present in their essays and reading opinion pieces in scholarly magazines and periodicals.
