What does a Spokane GMAT class cover?
When you sign up for a GMAT class, you are receiving many benefits. The GMAT is a four section business admissions test. Included on this exam are the Verbal Reasoning section, the Quantitative Reasoning section, the Integrated Reasoning section, and the Analytical Writing Assessment. A GMAT class can cover all four of these sections in-depth, allowing you to be as well rounded of a student as possible.
The Verbal Reasoning section of the GMAT is a multiple choice section with 36 questions. Test-takers are permitted 65 minutes to complete this section. The highest score an individual can receive on the Verbal Reasoning section is a 60, with the lowest being a zero. Usually, scores outside of the range of six to 51 are rare. The Verbal Reasoning section tests people on their reading comprehension skills, their critical reasoning skills, and their sentence correction abilities.
The next section of the GMAT, the Quantitative Reasoning section, quizzes students on their abilities to problem solve and work with data. This section is also a multiple choice section where students are given 62 minutes to complete 31 questions. The scoring range on the Quantitative Reasoning section is zero to 60, with 60 being the highest. Most test-takers earn between a six and a 51.
The Integrated Reasoning portion of the GMAT tests students on their abilities to synthesize information, seek out data, and problem solve. Individuals should know how to interpret data, graphics, and tables when moving through this section. The Integrated Reasoning section contains 12 questions and allows individuals 30 minutes to complete the questions. People are scored on a scale of one to eight, with an eight being the highest possible score.
Finally, the Analytical Writing Assessment section of the GMAT is an essay test. Students must write one essay within 30 minutes. When taking the test, it is your job to create a well-thought-out argument that proves your ability to write well and express your thoughts clearly. Schools such as Eastern Washington University also look for scores that show a test-taker has a command of written English, an ability to organize a response, and an ability to identify key points. Students are scored on a scale of zero to six for this section, with a six being the highest possible score.

I graduated from the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in NYC in 2008, the oldest English speaking acting conservatory in the world. I graduated Summa from University of St Thomas with a BA in English, and just wrapped up a MS in Data Science from Northwestern. I'm a huge Red Sox fan and love watching detective shows when I have free time.... Positivity. Always. I believe that if a student is given positive tools and is allowed to understand the material rather than be lectured at, they're more likely to do well in the future.
