I am a lifelong educator. A student myself I learn things every day and I embrace education at it's core. I enjoy new challenges and I recognize the importance of true learning. I embrace all cultures and enjoy sharing knowledge with my students working towards a common goal. On a personal note I enjoy culinary arts and music. Specifically guitar. I live in KCMO with my Basset Hound "Sundae".

I have a Ph.D. in Computer Science. I taught advanced computer science courses (C#, programming, Algorithms) for 6 years for graduate students at the university. My classes usually had more than 25 students. I'm passionate about teaching, especially programming, and love to make an influence on my students and see them succeed. I also enjoy academic writing and research.

I am a recent graduate from Wichita State University. While there, I majored in Biological Sciences and minored in Anthropology. I am passionate about biology and using biological education to make the world a better, cleaner, healthier place. I believe everyone can learn to love science if given the right opportunities!
