The student and I spent a few minutes discussing the greatest discrepancies between the SAT and the ACT (i.e., the addition of a science section on the ACT, completing the entire subject in one go on the ACT versus smaller, repeating subject sections on the SAT, the incorrect answer penalty on the SAT versus no penalty on the ACT), then spent the session working through practice problems from the a website. The student seems infinitely more comfortable with the structure and problem types on the ACT than she ever did with the SAT, and I definitely think this exam is the right choice to proceed with.

We compared and discussed the Abecedarian Project and the High-Scope Perry Pre-School in regards to proving the necessity of preschool education.
