My name is Patrick and I am a microbiologist and ecologist by training. My research over the past decade has focused on microbes and how they respond to their environment and their host. I have a wide set of skills including deep knowledge of biology, molecular biology, microbiology, ecology, bioinformatics, and statistics.

I graduated cum laude from Cornell University and currently work in academia. I love science and learning! As a sciences and history of science double major, I find great value in being able to effectively communicate science topics to non-scientific audiences.
