I served as the lead undergraduate tutor for thermodynamics and strength of materials while studying Mechanical Engineering at RPI. I am interested in tutoring high school students in Algebra, Geometry, and Trigonometry.

My teaching strategy is active, in-depth learning, which promotes the problem solving and collaborative learning capabilities of my students. The tools I use to implement my strategies are homework assignments, paper assignments, quizzes, and the think-pair-share technique.

...with a Masters in Biosystems and Agricultural Engineering from Oklahoma State University, ~3 years teaching Maths and ~2 years Ethanol industry experience. I love teaching and tutoring kids. I have had experience with teaching Maths to students of 5th to 10th grade. I also have experience teaching Maths online to students (1st-8th grade) in Kenya. I am well versed in subjects like Algebra, Arithmetic and Geometry. I am looking forward to meeting my new students.
