I studied biology and biochemistry at the University of Arizona. Here I studied bugs, fungi, plants, and animals from population level down to the biochemical level. This includes a wide range of subjects like genetics, plant biochemistry, cancer biology, metabolic engineering, medical entomology, and behavioral ecology. I also worked in an aquatic entomology lab researching local populations. I plan on pursuing an M.Sc. in Biology in the future.
