Teaching is a life-long passion of mine. Being a teacher is one of the most rewarding careers ever! So, the teacher as facilitator must cultivate prior knowledge, provide engaging learning environments, and present the content in a relevant and meaningful manner if significant learning is to take place.

My approach to teaching has been to build skills through a scaffolding process that encourages students to grow and excel. I value that each student is unique and have always utilized differentiated instruction to address multiple learning styles. I have always challenged my students to think critically, to reach their full potential, and master the skills necessary to become informed and inquisitive lifelong learners.
