I am a clinical laboratory scientist working in a microbiology laboratory, and I am passionate about education in the sciences because I see what it does every day. I work closely with my colleagues to education and train others in what we do. I work with Scouts to help broaden horizons, so that our future scientist and leaders are prepared. Plus, I am a mother of four kids in school!

I have been a working microbiologist for over 45 years. I have always taught and it is my passion to help others learn.
