During my undergraduate studies I managed an after school mentoring and tutoring program serving 200 at-risk Chicago Public School students in West Humboldt Park, Chicago. Upon graduation, I served as an elementary and middle school teacher through the Teach For America program in Washington, D.C. I completed my graduate degree in Elementary Education at George Mason University and am currently working in corporate philanthropy for a large Bethesda based corporation.
