Because of this, I and confindant in my ability to work with students with varying needs for accessibility. As an education enthusiast, I am dedicated to the process of learning through interactive efforts. I believe in a holistic approach that incorporates the various learning styles of auditory, visual, kinesthetic and those (like myself) that must physically feel the pen hit the paper. I am fun, friendly, and passionate about helping students succeed and gain confidence in subjects they may have felt uneasy about previously.

...Psychology. When I was younger, I used to volunteer and tutored math. In college, I worked as a tutor in English and Math. I also tutor History, PSAT prep, CAHSEE Prep, Spanish and French. For me, it's not like I have a favorite area to tutor. What I do look for are those who are willing to learn. In my off time, I take my bicycle out for a spin, cook, dance, or catch up...

...you're passionate about something it is fun and inspiring to pass it on to others. My teaching style is "slow and steady" meaning that we will take it as slow as possible and break down all possible concepts so that the student can gain all the information and skills needed to do homework, pass an exam, create a project, etc. I find that this method boosts students' confidence while also supporting their learning.

I am originally from Augusta, Georgia and did my undergraduate studies at the College of Charleston in South Carolina. I waited tables through college there and majored in accounting. I am currently a graduate student at the Leventhal school of accounting at USC. I enjoy guitar, reading, and fitness. I have tutoring experience and look forward to helping you any way possible.

I love to learn and I love to teach, I want to pass this passion on to as many other students as possible and create other independent learners who enjoy the ups and downs of learning, and crave more education. World history of the last century is my favorite subject, followed by all forms of mathematics. I enjoy solving problems and reading contemporary, historically significant literature.
