Then, I like to go through each step of the problem with the student until they understand. Finally, I let the student try a similar problem on their own to test their understanding. I think it is also a good idea to include visuals/models or examples in order to further explain difficult concepts.

I am currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Physics at Carnegie Mellon University. I have worked with students from middle school to high school, helping them build confidence in their academic abilities. I tutor in Math (Algebra, Geometry, Precalculus, and Calculus) and Physics. I bring a patient and supportive attitude to all my students. I find great joy in learning, and I hope to spread this excitement to other students who may be struggling.
