About Me

I graduated from Vassar College with a Bachelor of Arts in Neuroscience. Since college, I have tutored elementary school students in Math and English; high school students in Chemistry and Physics with learning disabilities; and college students in Neuroscience. While I tutor a broad range of subjects, I am most passionate about General Chemistry, Biochemistry, and Neuroscience. In my experience supporting struggling students, we always seem to have the most fun figuring out stoichiometry, metabolic reactions, neurotransmitters and more in prepping for college exams. I love the quote, "Amateurs can teach other amateurs." While I may teach you something, I firmly believe that you will teach me something too. Education brings me such joy and meaning to life as working through complex problems together remain memorable experiences. I aim to extend my appreciation for learning and growth to all my students.
