I am currently a 4th year student in Naturopathic medical school. After graduating from Rutgers, I worked with Americorp in Paterson, NJ at a high school and after-school program. This was my first experience in the education system and I later continued my work with the GEARUP program in Newark, NJ. GEARUP is a college prep program for students in middle school and high school offering students mentoring, tutoring, homework help, and in school aid.

I am a big believer in the power of intuition and curiosity, so I try to teach in a way that nurtures both. I find that it is important not only to know how to get from problem statement to solution, but also to have some understanding of why the pieces fit together the way they do.
