My teaching background includes 15 years experience with 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade Dual Language students. I am fluent in English and Spanish and have a excellent record of achievement when it comes to the STAAR Reading, Math, Writing and Science tests.

I graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a major in Psychology and minors in both Spanish and French. I began tutoring as a peer-tutor in elementary school, and have continued tutoring and teaching all levels. I enjoy working with students on reading and study skills, Spanish, and test prep, but my favorite subject to tutor is math because I enjoy the challenge of making numbers make sense.
