The end goal is always to reinforce the principles of success and to see the application in the students' lives, especially when said student encounter similar problems later in their career.

I believe that everyone can learn just in different ways. It is the extra mile that counts when it comes to teaching. It is important as a teacher to understand that every person learns in a different way and that it is important to adapt and modify instruction to best fit each individual
