I am going into my FOURTH year of teaching this year. I have taught 4 years as a kindergarten teacher. I substituted a year with grades from kindergarten to 8th grade. I have a bachelor's in Human and Family Science in Early Care and in Elementary Education. I received my master's in reading in elementary education in November 2023. I enjoy teaching students and helping them be successful in their learning.

I graduated from Cornell University with a degree in Biology, and my love of learning continues to grow every day. I have taught for almost 3 years (both elementary and high school), and will always bring my expertise and positive attitude to our tutoring sessions. When I'm not teaching, I enjoy pretty much any activity that gets me outside, especially if that outside happens to be in the woods or near the beach (I am from Florida after all...). While outside, I usually find myself running (again, in the woods if possible), reading, or attempting to channel my inner-Ron Swanson by building things from wood (I am at the table- and chair-level, definitely not the canoe-level....
