...My favorite subjects to teach are calculus and physics. With calculus, there's very little memorization when you understand the fundamentals of limits. Also, there are several ways to approach the material: graphically for those more visual, theoretical for those that like equations, and plug-and-chug for those that prefer processes. Physics is great because same relationships that occur in your everyday experience also occur in space between planets and in atoms between particles.

I am currently working towards a BS in Mathematics from La Salle University with a minor in Chemistry. After graduating this May, I plan on attending graduate school at the University of Washington for Civil Engineering. I enjoy tutoring as I see it as a means to help people overcome an obstacle.
