I have a curiosity and passion for discovering the natural world, which motivates me to learn and teach. I believe that the best teachers make learning engaging and exciting. I am an incoming junior at Smith College, majoring in Biology and minoring in Chemistry, hoping to pursue a research career in developmental biology working with the zebrafish model. I have experience teaching biology in classroom settings through several month-long internships/work opportunities in classroom and lab settings. My strengths are patience, endurance, and organizational skills. I am most interested in teaching 5th-college levels in subjects of general biology, general chemistry, and organic chemistry.
