In my Alternative Educational Classroom, I wear several hats in order to meet the needs of my students.
For me, the best part of teaching isUNDERSTANDING TO MY STUDENTS-- they matter; the hardest part of teaching is that every moment matters, every day.
Therefore, I diligently work to ensure that I maintain an environment conducive for learning in a non-threatening manner.
