I am a high school teacher taking time off to complete a dissertation at Drew University and a supervisor certification program at Rutgers University. The dissertation, Cosmos and Polis: the Good City in Aeschylus's Orestia and Dante's Divine Comedy, is complete I graduate in May. I've also completed the program at Rutgers and I am eager to get back to work. I taught high school history for 20 years. My undergraduate degree is from Rutgers, New Brunswick, NJ and my masters and doctorate are both from Drew University. My teaching style involves active learning because only when a student uses content in a new situation can I know the student learned the information.
