Hi, I'm Jake, an Ohio State graduate with experience teaching students of all backgrounds and readiness levels. I specialize in K-12 writing and social studies, making learning fun while building real skills for the future. I'm passionate about helping every student gain confidence, improve their abilities, and enjoy the learning process.

I recently earned my MS in Biology. During graduate school, I gained experience teaching biology labs for science majors. My primary interests are in ecology and biogeography. However, I enjoy learning and teaching biology of all disciplines. I also have heavy experience in experimental design and statistical analysis.
