What is your teaching philosophy?

Every student is different, with their own unique goals. I teach to the student and their specific needs, not the subject.

What might you do in a typical first session with a student?

With every new student, I need to get to know now just their course and material, but what the desire from the tutor relationship and the course. Knowing that, and learning how to encourage and motivate the student, is essential.
