I enjoy teaching children and seeing them grow. I am especially good at teaching math and science to middle school students. I am also good at teaching algebra skills. I am able to tutor students from preschool through 9th grade and through 12th grade in math. I have an elementary education degree and a teaching minor in math. I am currently teaching high school honors math courses.

My goal is not just to help students with a tough class or a standardized test, but also to teach them learning skills they can apply to the next challenge. When you work with me, we're not just practicing algebra (or whatever); we're practicing the kinds of behaviors that will help you succeed in future math classes.
