To me teaching is all about getting the light bulb to go on. People have different learning styles; the tutor's job is to determine the most effective learning style for each student.

Learning should happen in a fun and supportive environment. Each student learns their own way and needs a different level of help, which is why I cater each lesson to the students specific needs and learning style.
