I do not fit in stereotypical academic categories. I was a humanities focused liberal arts major, a graduate of the Great Books program at St. John's College. But there I rediscovered a love of math and science which has led me to pursue Physics. I am originally from the Bay Area in California, and I am a first year student at American University in Washington D.C., studying Political Science, Economics, and Finance.
