What is your teaching philosophy?
If a student is struggling with reading comprehension, we will go through the text together. If a student doesn't understand the word, I will ask them what they think a specific word means, and will use the word in examples. If the student is struggling with context, we will go through the passage together and I'll ask probing questions to get the student to a point where they can comprehend the material.
