My love for teaching and tutoring stems from my experience growing up on a sailboat in the Bahamas and Florida. I was an only child, home-schooled from age 5 through age 18, so I was accustomed to learning independently, immersed in a constantly changing educational environment. I draw upon this experience as I teach others to learn conceptually, applying newfound knowledge to the world around them.
