Hello! I have been a mathematics teacher for over 10 years, teaching many subjects ranging from basic math through Calculus and various age groups ranging from middle school through college. This has allowed me to become very experienced in teaching and helping students to understand and excel on their own. I have recently become a mother and hence now spend the majority of my time and energy entertaining an infant.

I love to teach and to watch my students grow. I have my BA in Applied Behavioral Science from Ashford University and my master's in Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University with a concentration in forensics. I have a strong background in working with students with disabilities and a passion for meeting them where they are. As well as adopting their way of learning to my tutoring approach.

I would love to teach elementary school and middle school students in my areas of interest. They are: Nutrition, cooking skills, math, the biological sciences, reading, and writing. I currently produce a podcast called "healing outside the box", which deals with issues of food safety and sustainability, as well as nutrition. I enjoy discussing these topics.
