About Me

I'm passionate about empowering students to take ownership of their understandings and find confidence in their math abilities! I have taught and tutored students aged 6 through 21. I'm most experienced in teaching high schoolers and middle schoolers. I'm a graduate of Wellesley College, where I got my B.A. in math and my certification in math teaching. I also completed my M.Ed. from the University of Pennsylvania. I tutor math at all levels listed, and I'm also endorsed to teach students who are learning English as a second language. I am passionate about math and learning, and my teaching superpower is helping students unravel their jumbled up math thinking! I'm also a seasoned sourdough bread maker.
