I believe it is valuable for all people to learn a 2nd language.... I believe that all students are capable of learning.... I would introduce myself. I would then give them the opportunity to introduce themselves.... Encourage them to work on their own outside of tutoring opportunities, and not just rely on the tutoring time to improve in their subject.

I am currently an undergraduate student at the University of Utah, where I am double majoring in computer science and music education.
