I'm a master's student looking for a side gig over the summer. I enjoy teaching; I've student taught my peers through my own education plus two years of TA at a middle school. I like to make learning fun - riddles, puzzles, creative thinking over just filling in the right steps :)

As a teacher with over a decade of classroom teaching experience on four continents, I look forward to working one-on-one with students! I have a B.A. from King's College in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics and an M.A. in English and Special Education from Xavier University of Louisiana.

I began tutoring two years ago at Rockhurst University, and I grew to love working with students one-on-one to help them succeed academically. One of my main goals in life is to make education and literacy something attainable and worthwhile (and fun!) for all people. In addition to my tutoring endeavors, I enjoy hanging out with friends and family, watching (an re-watching) all of my favorite T.V. shows, reading, writing, and exploring Kansas City.
