Teaching has been my passion for many years. I have worked with students that struggled with learning and enjoy helping them not only improve their skills but learn to love learning as well.
I have a Bachelor's degree in elementary education. I have two Master's degrees, one in elementary education and the other in mathematics. I currently finishing up a Master's degree in secondary education as well. I have a Specialist degree and a Doctorate degree in educational leadership.
I have taught middle school math for 10 years and will begin teaching Algebra 1 in the fall. I am certified to teach grades K-6 with additional certifications for 7th through12th-grade mathematics, English, and social studies. I will have the certifications for grades 7th through 12th-grade general science and STEM by the end of the summer.
At some point, I want to move into administration, but I do not want to leave the classroom just yet. I enjoy what I do and plan to continue doing so for a few more years.
