I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish Language and Literature from the University of Cincinnati. After graduation, I lived in Madrid,Spain for 15 years, teaching General and Business English. Since returning to the U.S., my focus has been Medical Interpreting for Spanish-speaking clients. I am most interested in ESL/ELL, which I think is key to ensuring success in a new country.

I am a Full time Paraprofessional in the area school district. I love what i do. I have tutoring experience with grades K-12 on each subject area. Currently I work with grades 4th and 5th. I am a single parent of 2 boys ages 3 and my nephew is 7. I am excited about tutoring. Education is everything to me and I am the type of teacher who thinks that learning should come natural!

I have always enjoyed tutoring students and seeing them make progress. We are surrounded by math and science. Opening students eyes to it is a fulfilling experience. During tutoring I use real world examples to show they useful of each topic under study.
