History has been my passion from an early age. I obtained a bachelors and masters degree in history at Kansas State University before pursuing a masters degree in teaching from Pittsburg State University. Over the last four years, I have worked with students of every age group (except college) and ability level and enjoy seeing students have that "a ha" moment where they figure out the answer or see something with a new perspective.

After graduating high school in Kansas City, I attended Park University where I earned my Bachelor's degree in 3 years. I want to pursue getting my Master's degree and ultimately become a professor. I love learning and want to help others love learning too!
